PageUp Recruiting and Onboarding module

The PageUp Recruiting and Onboarding module is an applicant tracking system (ATS) that contains onboarding task lists for new hires. The module is divided into three main cards (position description card (PD), job card, and offer card) that assist HR practitioners and hiring managers in completing efficient recruitment and onboarding processes. The recruitment ads that are placed through the job card map over to the career site at Virginia Tech Jobs.

The module has a section for creating interview events, managing applicants, and search committee participation. 

PageUp Recruiting and Onboarding Training Program

This training program is intended for all HR practitioners using the PageUp system for recruiting and onboarding actions, search committee participants, and workflow approvers. The program consists of four learning paths and eleven modules based on the needs of the system user.

Regardless of experience in the system, this training is recommended for all listed above due to the multiple changes made in the software throughout the year.
