Legal Services Plan
The Legal plan provides 100 percent coverage for you, your spouse, and qualified dependents (children up to the age of 19 or 26 if a full-time student) for the most often needed legal services. For $16.50 a month, you have access to our network of top-rated law firms in your area and nationwide, with coverage in all 50 states. Whether your legal matter is for an everyday legal need, or a result of an unexpected event, you and your family are protected from the high cost of attorney fees. Employees can enroll as a new hire or during annual Open Enrollment (September).
You pay no attorney fees for all Fully Covered Services, which include will preparation, traffic court, real estate matters, divorce, billing disputes, and more! Pre-existing legal matters and less common legal needs are also covered at a 25 percent discount.
New hire enrollment
New employees have 60 days from their date of hire to enroll in the plan. Changes in coverage may only be made during open enrollment or a qualifying event.
How to enroll as a New Hire
- Visit Legal Resources' website and click "enroll now"
- Enter company code: 3313
- Enter enrollment code: nhlegal
- Click "submit"
- Complete the top portion of the online enrollment form
- If applicable, complete the dependent portion of the form
- Click "submit"
Annual open enrollment
If you are past 60 days from your hire date, the vendor holds an open enrollment period for employees, which is typically held in September with a benefits effective date of October 1. Communications are distributed before this period to alert employees to their enrollment opportunity.
How to enroll during the Fall Voluntary Benefit Open Enrollment
- Visit Legal Resources' website and click "enroll now"

- Click "submit"
- Complete the top portion of the online enrollment form
- If applicable, complete the dependent portion of the formClick "submit"
Following your enrollment
Once enrolled, Legal Resources will select the law firm closest to your home zip code. Members can change law firms at any time.
