New Employee Benefits Orientation Schedule

We are excited to announce the 2026 New Employee Benefits Orientation Schedule!

Important things to know about orientation:

• All sessions will be held from 8:15 a.m. to 12 p.m. on the dates listed below.
• All sessions are held in a hybrid format. All attendees will receive a Zoom invitation via email 2-3 business days prior to their scheduled orientation date.
• Wage employees may attend during certain presentations as approved by Human Resources.
• Orientation will follow a general regular schedule of every other Wednesday, except during holiday weeks.
• Human Resources may reschedule orientation if there are fewer than five employees scheduled to attend on a given date, or add sessions as needed.
