Overload Payment

P14A payments to current full-time faculty or staff are authorized only for specific purposes such as participation in continuing education programs or overload teaching, which is defined as A/P faculty or those faculty teaching in specific, approved off-campus programs. Payments may be paid bi-weekly over a defined period of time or as one-time payments at the completion of the assigned responsibility.

Official Transcript Requirement

Any current faculty member or staff employee who is considered an Instructor of Record must have teaching credentials verified by the school department head or chair before being allowed to teach. 

Please review the Guidelines for Documenting Faculty Credentials. If an instructor of record attains new degrees or qualifications, or new teaching responsibilities, the course credentialing document must be resubmitted.

  • Prinicipal Investigator, if applicable 
  • Extension Agent, if applicable

  • If Research - OVPRI
  • Provost
• Other Documents
  • Statement of Faculty Qualifications for Teaching
  • Official Transcript
• Submit all documents to HR Dropbox
