Change Percentage of Time Worked

Follow the procedure below if an employee changes the percentage of time worked. The employee must continuing working a schedule of at least 50%. Benefits eligibility will be impacted if the employee moves to less than 75%. If the employee will be working less than 50%, he or she must be separated from the salaried position. The employee would need to be set up in a wage position or on a P14 if he/she is completing faculty level work.
