Regular to Restricted or Restricted to Regular

Follow the procedure below for a faculty or staff member that is moving from a regular to restricted or restricted to regular position.

Procedure

  • Complete P3A form
  • Signature Requirements
    • Department Head or Director
    • Senior Management
    • Human Resources
    • If Research - OVPRI
    • If >20% salary increase - Dean/VP
  • Other Documents
    • Update Position Description in PageUp
