Reappointment
Follow the procedure below to extend a restricted faculty member’s appointment. Reappointment letters should be completed prior to the faculty member’s restricted end date. If a change in rank, salary, appointment type, or funding is associated with the reappointment additional paperwork is required.
Procedure
- Complete the appropriate Reappointment Letter by downloading it from the HR Forms Library. Regular appointments do not require a reappointment to be submitted.
