In-Band Adjustment

Staff employees may receive an in-band adjustment for alignment and retention or if they have:

• Acquired new knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Completed certifications.
• Had a change in duties.

Departments should contact the Human Resources Compensation Team to determine if an in-band adjustment is appropriate.

  • If Research - OVPRI
  • If >20% salary increase - Dean/VP
