Base Pay Retention Increase
Follow the procedure below to make a base pay retention increase for faculty and staff positions. Base pay retention increases may be the result of a pre-emptive offer that is approved by senior management or a competitive offer that has been received from an outside institution or organization. In certain situations, supporting documentation may be required for any base pay retention increase that is a result of an external competitive offer. Base pay retention increases must be processed using the P3A form.
