In-Band Bonus

An in-band bonus for a staff member is a one time payment made for alignment and retention or if they have:

• Acquired new knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Completed certifications.
• Had a change in duties.

Departments should contact the Human Resources Compensation Team to determine if an in-band bonus is appropriate.
